During pandemic period Vascon gave me job in Bmrcl Bangalore. It is a great help for my family. So i want to be a part of Vascon family for ever. Thanks for giving me opportunity to work in Vascon for the past 8 years. I have job satisfaction. Very good environment work place. Good coordination among the Staff.

Dislikes

Very very poor increment 6.66% the company has given this year 2023. I never except like this. I work more sincerely and loyally in Accounts department for the past 8 years. I joined in 2015 in Chennai project. 5 years worked and during pandemic period i lost job. Again the management gave me opportunity to work in Bmrcl Bangalore. I put more effort and work hard without seeing time. I am working loyal and straightforward to the company. I am continually following with the H.O. management to revise my increment. Hope they will consider my grievances at the earliest. I am ready to work in next Project in Chennai. Please consider my case sir....Read More
