Sap Successfactors Senior Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• At least 6  years of SAP implementation experience in Success Factors
• 3 Plus years of Experience in support projects SuccessFactors
• Good experience & knowledge on SuccessFactors solution - Employee Central and/or Talent modules
• Certified in Employee Central and other modules with in SuccessFactors
• At least three end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors
• Sound  Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies ( Activate)
• Sound  knowledge on the HR Business Processes
• Sound Knowledge on E2F System Architecture 
• Good Communication skills, both oral and written
• Good Knowledge of SAP HCM On-premise solution 
• Understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)
• SF Integration knowledge and Working on Integration Center is Mandatory, (more than 4 projects)
• Troubleshooting the data replicated issues using data replication monitor
• EC Payroll experience & skills would be a plus
• Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, and should be able to work independently.
• Solution Expert in Employee Central, Knowledge in Recruitment Management and ONB Modules.
• Should have vast experience in integration from SF to SAP Payroll and other down stream systems.
• Should maintain weekly and monthly reports for customer.
• Participate in the daily call with customers to discuss the open tickets and status.
• Create Functional Design documentation and provide Estimations.
• Managing Half-Yearly releases and demonstration the new features and impacts to customer.
• Take new challenges and learn new technologies based on client needs
