SAP Successfactors Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to support our HR transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, etc.
• Collaborate with HR team to gather requirements and design effective HR solutions.
• Customize and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities to meet business needs.
• Provide end-user training and support for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR-related systems.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
