The EC Consultant will support the implementation of the Employee Central module, working under the guidance of senior consultants and project leads.

EXP-- Minimum 3 yrs relevant to Maximum 8 yrs

Should have done 2 end to end implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration: Assist in configuring the EC module according to client specifications.
• Client Support: Provide support to clients during the implementation process.
• Data Migration: Support data migration activities.
• Training: Assist in conducting training sessions for clients.
• Documentation: Help prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred

ONB 2.0

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing the ONB 2.0 module, with a strong understanding of best practices and methodologies. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure successful deployment and integration of the Onboarding 2.0 solution.
