Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP consultant with deep expertise in SF Compensation Module for a client.
• The consultant will work closely with the clients team to understand current processes, define future-state capabilities and asses the SAP system landscape.
• The consultant will engage with senior stakeholders and may independently lead the engagement in his area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to understand current processes and requirements.
• Define future-state capabilities aligned with the clients business objectives.
• Assess the existing SF Compensation module and recommend deployment options.
• Collaborate with other consultants to ensure processes are integrated with supply chain, logistics and sales functions.
• Provide advice on SAP deployment options and transition strategies, considering the complexities in scope.
• Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SF Compensation module.
• Proven experience in leading discovery and design phases for SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Expertise in SF Compensation module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive client engagements.
• Industry experience in telecommunications sector is highly desirable
