Job Summary:

• Allegro Support Analyst Team Member APAC Region (India Based) Our Energy & Utilities team offer multiple services to a portfolio of global commodities trading companies.
• A key service offering is providing an Application Managed Service (AMS) for the Allegro Horizon ETRM system.
• We are now growing in India to provide APAC regional Allegro AMS services for our clients.
• We have a role open for an experienced Allegro Horizon Technical specialist to be apart of support team for one of our biggest Allegro AMS clients.
• While this team will provide regional support services it will also be integrated into the Global AMS team.

Role Description:

• Be a hands-on as a Allegro support specialists Able to understand the criticality of user issues Responsible for support incident management and resolution.
• Participate in global support issue resolution when necessary Participate in problem investigation Provide clear and professional communications to the client and the global NTT Data team.
• Engage with functional and technical consultants to find solutions to support incidents Own and manage operational procedures Understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end. Power, Gas and / or Oil knowledge is preferred.
• Able to work with a geographical dispersed team and business stakeholders.
• Requirements: An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem-solving skills. A proven team member Technical configuration experience of Allegro Familiarity with Allegro Class events (C# / .NET).
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to business and IT stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train/influence others. Experience in both physical and financial trading environments (Gas and Power) preferred.
