Role Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.
- This full-time, on-site position is integral to our growth strategy and will require a proactive and results-oriented individual.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies that align with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities that align with NowFloats' mission and services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new client partnerships.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that enhance their local online visibility.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze competitor offerings and strategies to inform business decisions and enhance our market positioning.
Insight Generation:
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis and client feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our service offerings based on market demands.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Business Development and Sales Expertise:
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and account management with a strong focus on achieving results.
Negotiation and Communication Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Market Research and Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Growth Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies that have led to tangible results.
Digital Marketing and SEO Knowledge:
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, particularly in SEO, and how they apply to enhancing local business visibility.
Independence and Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player, contributing positively to team dynamics.
Sales Performance Track Record:
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Educational Background:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
