As a Manager Customer Insights at Novo Nordisk, you will: Lead a team of customer insights managers, competitive intelligence managers, and forecasting managers.
  • Support and drive the preparation of high-quality market research for key products, portfolios, and areas of interest on a country/regional or global level.
  • Manage a portfolio of market research projects and competitive intelligence tasks in close collaboration with Global brand teams, sourcing, and key affiliates.
  • Prepare best-in-class analyses for senior management to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including partners in CS&CA, Regions, and Top-15 affiliates to stay updated on global strategy and knowledge gaps.
  • Guide team members to run projects smoothly and efficiently, providing inputs and guidance as needed and exercise a high level of independence and empowerment in performing tasks and making daily decisions.
  • Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Master s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, business, engineering, or natural sciences. 10+ years experience in industry and/or as a consultant, preferably within market research and pharma. Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High level of independence and decision-making ability.
    The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
