People and Organization (P&O) function designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting and Analytics. Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is a department within P&O situated in GBS Bangalore. The core activity and responsibility of GBS-PO is to support the global P&O to achieve its strategies.

End to End HR Operational tasks supporting the employee life cycle from Hire to Exit, background verifications of new joiners, Facilitating Onboarding of New joiners including Pre-onboarding, joining formalities and Induction program, payroll process, medical insurance, leave and attendance, Probation and confirmation, Exit management, Dashboard and analytics.

Reward Operation like promotion, spot bonus, sales bonus etc. Employee letters with agreed SLA.

Engage with stakeholders continuously to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement in HR Operation processes.

  • Handle reports within the scope of HR Operations limited to employee life cycle, Analyse, and publish reports on request basis; Deliver quality reports monthly to the GBS Management team.

  • Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR/Personnel Management/related areas. 4-5 years of experience preferably in HR Operation/ Shared Service. Knowledge of any ERP system (SAP HR, Employee central). Experience in being part of HR operation area end to end (Hire to Retire). Self-driven and dedicated/desire to influence.
