As a Brand Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing of the Obesity Business Unit. Our team is driven by the values of support, growth, and innovation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and making a positive impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute product promotion plans with the relevant channel mix.
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement high-impact educational, communication, and messaging campaigns targeting HCPs and Sales Force.
  • Conduct fieldwork to gain insights into activity and strategy implementation. Identify and execute innovative solutions along the patient journey. Organize events and liaise with medical professional bodies and HCPs. Manage product launches and create digital-first promotional campaigns from creation to execution.
  • Work across varied stakeholder groups including sales and medical teams, KOLs, HCPs, and external research and creative agencies.
  • Plan and execute conference and large meeting-related initiatives. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Graduate with a degree in Life Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field. MBA degree in Business/Marketing from a Premier B School.
  • Experience of 5+ years in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, and Events in the pharmaceutical industry or on the agency side.
  • Analytical mindset and skill, experience in business case development. Ability to evaluate the return of investment of marketing tactics and customer engagement. Product launch and brand growth involvement. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. A proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
