Market Research Management: Support and drive the preparation of high-quality market research and manage the MR project portfolio in collaboration with the US Insights and Analytics team.
Project Management: Handle processes such as RFP development, review and management of screeners, questionnaires, SOW submission, contracting, Pharmacovigilance, compliance, and overall project management for both quantitative and qualitative projects.
Agency Partnership: Partner with MR agencies to review data, findings, and insights to create meaningful study reports and conclusions.
Efficiency and Compliance: Ensure efficiency and drive optimization of US market research project execution and ensure compliance on all aspects.
Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders.
Insight Storytelling: Gather and distill research reports into comprehensive insights stories for presentation to brand teams, US, and global leadership.
Presentation Development: Develop presentations with clear storylines, grounded on insights and holistic business concepts, delivering clear conclusions and recommendations.
Qualifications To be our new Market Research Manager, you should have: Education: Master s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, natural sciences, etc.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in a market research function or as a management consultant in a client-facing capacity, with mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills: Demonstrated experience delivering strategic insights, identifying growth opportunities, solving complex problems, and driving decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
Project and Stakeholder Management: Strong track record in a cross-functional setting. Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of research designs, companies, and practices that drive best-in-class results. Communication: Significant experience in professionally communicating scientific, medical, and commercial information to various organizational levels is an advantage.
The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
