Role & responsibilities
- Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives
- Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and guides to ensure the necessary data is captured i.e. qualitative and quantitative research
- Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
- Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
- Making presentations, answering questions and instilling confidence
- Ability to connect dots/ deeper analysis/storytelling/impactful visualization
- Reviewing analyses and reports of others to ensure accuracy, logical consistency, and to add value
- Adept in Power point / Excel /Word to create compelling visuals and communication for client presentations/interactions
- Time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve the best outcomes for all both internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with clients and implement recommendations in collaboration with the senior team.
- Project Profitability and collections (Commercial acumen)
- Manage a team of assistant managers / senior executives
RequirementsPreferred candidate profile
- Strong academic background with MBA / MSc / BE / MA
- 5-6 years of work experience in Market Research / Consulting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Inclination for Primary research / Statistical rigour
- Analytical skills in terms of Data Analysis and arriving at a hypothesis
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Self-Starter and adept at Client interfacing & managing cross-functional teams
