The AVP - nPOS Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding the nPOS platform by onboarding lenders and originators, managing commercial discussions, and driving business growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform adoption and market share.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Partner Acquisition • Identify, engage, and onboard lenders and originators onto the nPOS platform. • Conduct platform demos and commercial negotiations to establish long-term partnerships. • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase lender and originator participation and expand the platforms footprint. • Support in responding to RFPs for enterprise solutions offered through the nPOS platform. Performance Monitoring & Optimization • Track and analyze business performance of onboarded partners to improve engagement and optimize processes. • Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to contribute to platform enhancements and customizations. • Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for platform improvements based on market needs. Revenue Generation & Cross-Selling • Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities by promoting other Northern Arc products to lenders and originators. • Ensure achievement of business targets related to lender onboarding, revenue generation, and market expansion.
JOB OBJECTIVE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Collaboration & Market Strategy • Work closely with internal teams including technology, sales, risk, and operations to improve the platforms offerings and functionalities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns that boost platform visibility and adoption.
Required Profile :
Qualifications & Experience :
Education: CA / MBA from a Tier-1 institute in India. •
Experience in financial services, fintech, or partnership-driven, sales roles within the lending ecosystem.
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of digital lending models, co-lending, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze risk and credit parameters to support business rule engine (BRE) development.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Lend-Tech platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
