Product Manager - Commercial Platform

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our commercial management team. This role willlead the development and optimization of our commercial platform. This role is crucial in automating key processes, setting up account management, enhancing our CRM/ERP systems and ensuring efficient financial and billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of financial systems, and experience with automation and integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management/ ownership, preferably for B2B platforms
• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations management

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of financial processes and process automation
• Experience with specific CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite)
• Experience with Stripe or similar payment processing platforms
• Knowledge of API integrations and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI

Business Platform Product Ownership

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and user needs
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions representing the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Ensure integration between business platform, CRM/ERP and other systems.
• Identify opportunities for growth, simplification and efficiency gains within the platform and drive initiatives to capitalize on them

Commercial Operations

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize commercial processes and performance
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product line
• Create and manage PowerBI dashboards to visualize commercial performance
• Drive the development and implementation of automated solutions for Account creation, Invoice generation, Taxation handling, Payment tracking.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline these processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting capabilities via the platform

Payment Systems Integration

• Oversee the integration and optimization of credit card payments via Stripe and other similar systems.
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of micro-payments
• Develop and implement systems for accurate revenue recognition, especially for subscription-based and micro-payment models
