CRM / CRG Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of Master data in Excel for the project readiness, sharing and follow up with HO IT team for the automation and verification of the same in ECRM post automation.
• Follow up with the Legal team and other stakeholders for the customer communication draft and Agreement draft and follow up with HO IT for the readiness/automation in SFDC.
• Coordination with Banks for the APFs of the new projects, sharing documents, and addressing the Banks query if any.
• Managing Registration Vendors/Advocates for the smooth functioning of registrations. Planning to enhance customer experience during registrations.
• Booking entries in D4U and in ECRM.
• MIS preparation in Excel of pendency/progress welcome letter, welcome calls, Allotment letter, Registration, NPS, or any required MIS for analysing the pendency and progress.
• Tracking and resolving the Relationship Manager's queries w.r.t system and documentation.
• Preparation of home Loan documents for the customers.
• ECRM/SFDC Support, troubleshooting, and coordination with HO IT for the glitches and enhancements in SFDC.
• Managing and tracking customer's documents in custody Application form, Registered Agreement, etc.
• Monthly payment reconciliation in ECRM and SAP.
• Coordination with Finance for the NOC before Handover.
• Preparation of Agreement Draft and coordination with Stakeholders for the Annexures to be attached in AFS.
• Performing different tasks in ECRM Booking entries, Cancellation, Credit and debit notes, Invoicing, changes in the customer details, refunds, etc.
• Preparation and tracking of Registration and Dues reminders for the improvement in Registration aging and collection efficiencies.
• Managing vendor payments.
• Liason with SROs, JDR, and other Govt officials, if required.

Technical and Soft Skills Required -

• Comfortable working in SFDC, Excel, Word, PPT. Well-versed with formulas in Excel.
• Well-groomed and confident.
• Able to influence stakeholders and effective team player.
• Able to understand legal documents, agreements and Annexures attached to AFS

Experience:

• 02 to 15 years of Experience
• Real Estate Experience
