Noisy Lion - Creative Director (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary:

NoisyLion is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and execution for our new brand launch. In this role, you will oversee the development of all creative materials, manage a team of creative professionals, and ensure the brand's identity is strong and cohesive. Your strategic thinking, creative vision, and leadership skills will be essential in guiding the brand's creative direction and delivering innovative campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the creative strategy and execution for the new brand, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.

- Oversee the development of all creative materials, including branding, marketing collaterals, advertisements, and digital content.

- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, designers, and other creatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the brand at the cutting edge of creativity and innovation.

- Present creative concepts and campaigns to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring buy-in.

- Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and successful brand campaigns.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
