Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand identity by making the brand bible.
- Develop and execute the overall creative strategy for the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content and visuals.
- Create and oversee the development of compelling copy for various marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, social media, website, email marketing, and product descriptions.
- Oversee the production of visual content, including photography, videography, and graphic design, ensuring it aligns with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Review and approve all creative materials before they are finalized and published.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas for brand launch, store launch & collection launches
KRAs :
- Build the Brand Bible of the brand
- Build a distinct visual identity of the brand that sets it apart from competition.
- Rolling out the BAU, campaign, social content requirements on time
- Owning the Engagement metrics of all creatives across touchpoints - Perf Assets, Social Assets, Website creatives, etc.
