Skills Required:.
- Ability to lead & mentor creative teams including static & motion design, social media content creation.

- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and design principles. Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate creative teams.
- Ability to create and maintain a consistent brand identity across various platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
What will you do?
- Develop and Champion the Creative Vision: Define the brand's overall creative direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
- Think big picture, translate strategy into compelling visuals and narratives, and set the tone for all creative endeavors.
- Lead and Inspire Creative Powerhouse: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of designers, animators, copywriters, and social media specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Visual Excellence: Oversee the creation of high-quality static design assets across the customer journey, - including product pages, marketing materials, email campaigns, and user interface elements.
- Master of Motion: Guide the development of engaging motion graphics and animation to enhance the user experience, highlight product features, and elevate brand storytelling.
- Strategic Storytelling: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling brand messaging and content strategies across all social media platforms (e. , Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
