NoBroker - Team Lead - Inside Sales (3-7 yrs)

We need a candidate who has prior sales/vendor onboarding/customer facing experience along with team handling.

Candidate's major KRAs will be:

1. Calling team handling for cctv,painting etc categories.(call audits and report maintenance)

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor and customer interactions.

- Prepare and maintain various reports in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., sales reports, customer satisfaction reports, vendor performance reports).

2. Vendor on-boarding for painting,cctv etc and basic report preparation to analyse team's performance.

- Research and identify potential vendors.

- Conduct initial vendor assessments and due diligence checks.

- Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors.

- Onboard new vendors into company systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (BE/B.Tech)

- Proven experience (2 years) in process optimization, preferably within a sales environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
