Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Guest Relation Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining effective communication between guests, colleagues, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests and addressing their needs.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and communications.
• Ensure smooth communication between guests, colleagues, and various departments.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
