Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Design and Development:
• Develop and create engaging training materials and programs focusing on key soft skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and time management.
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs and goals of various teams and departments.
2. Training Delivery:
• Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse groups of employees.
• Utilize various training methods and techniques to ensure sessions are engaging, effective, and cater to different learning styles.
3. Assessment and Feedback:
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants and recommend areas for further development.
4. Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.
• Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback and evolving organizational needs.
5. Collaboration:
• Partner with HR and department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that address specific skill gaps.
• Work with stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals and values.
6. Support and Mentoring:
• Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees who need additional support in developing their soft skills.
• Provide guidance and resources for ongoing personal and professional growth.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.
8. Administration:
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all training materials and resources are up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training or soft skills development are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a trainer or facilitator, with a focus on soft skills training. Experience in a corporate or professional development setting preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs and materials.
• Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
