Job Summary
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing sales channels to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration. This role involves identifying and onboarding new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and channel management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Development & Management
•Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand Nibav Lifts presence in key markets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous sales growth.
•Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners to improve their sales performance.
•Develop incentive structures and sales programs to motivate partners and drive higher engagement.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
•Work closely with regional sales teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales execution.
•Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and implement necessary improvements.
•Leverage data analytics and market insights to refine sales strategies and improve effectiveness.
3. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
•Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
•Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
•Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Sales Performance Management
•Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners and sales teams.
•Track sales performance against goals and implement corrective actions when necessary.
•Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
•Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
•Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
•Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the overall sales process.
6. Customer Relationship Management
•Ensure excellent customer service through effective partner engagement and after-sales support.
•Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
•Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
•Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or business development, with at least 5 years in a channel sales leadership role.
•Industry Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, home automation, real estate, or related industries is highly preferred.
•Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales methodologies, channel sales strategies, and partner management.
•Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data, track sales performance, and make data-driven decisions.
•Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
•Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, training sessions, and business expansion activities.
