Hr Executive And Generalist

• Recruitment & Staffing:
  
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate the hiring process including reference checks and offer letter preparation.
• Onboard new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations:
  
• Address employee queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Support conflict resolution between employees and management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure that HR systems are up to date.
• Performance Management:
  
• Assist in the performance review process by ensuring timely evaluations.
• Support employees and managers in goal-setting, performance tracking, and feedback.
• Training & Development:
  
• Help identify training needs and assist in organizing internal and external training sessions.
• Track employee development and training programs.
• HR Administration:
  
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records (e.g., personal details, attendance, leave, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports (e.g., attendance, turnover, etc.).
• Compensation & Benefits:
  
• Support payroll processing by collecting necessary data such as attendance and leave records.
• Assist in benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
• Legal & Compliance:
  
• Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing legal documents like employee contracts and agreements.
• Employee Engagement:
  
• Help organize company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
• Contribute ideas to improve employee satisfaction and retention
