Job Description:

Designation: HR Executive

Role Location: Chennai, Palavakkam

Roles and responsibilities:

• Head hunting candidates using social media and local job portals .
• Manage the recruitment life cycle.
• To ensure that the recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet business needs.
• To ensure all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
• Other duties in line with business growth and expansion.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment. IT or Non-IT recruiters.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge in foreign languages would be an added advantage.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Under graduation is mandatory. PG is an asset.
