HR JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• -Head hunting candidates using social media and local job portals .
• -Manage the recruitment life cycle.
• -To ensure that the recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet business needs.
• -To ensure all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
• -Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• -Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
• -Conduct initial orientation for newly-hired employees.
• -Other duties in line with business growth and expansion.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• -0-2-year experience in end-to-end recruitment. IT or Non-IT recruiters.
• -Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
• -Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in foreign languages would be an added advantage.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• -Under graduation is mandatory. PG is an asset.
