Hr Executive And Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications for various roles.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations in India.
• Handle employee contracts, PF, ESI, and other statutory documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration tasks.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies.
• Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements for employees.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
• Organize induction programs for new employees.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support in setting performance goals for employees.
• Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of HR files.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.
• Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
• Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
