Assistant Legal Officer

Role Summary:

The role demands a proactive individual who can anticipate legal issues and implement preventive measures. Role & responsibilities

• A strong background in contract management, ensuring that all contracts are drafted, analyzed, and negotiated in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of Labor Laws is essential, as the role involves advising on employment matters and compliance with labor regulations.
• Understanding of the Companies Act and MSME Act, IPR Laws is also required, as these are critical to the corporate governance and operational aspects of the business.
• It will be desirable if the candidate possesses litigation experience of 3-4 years or more.
• Good Communication and Negotiation skills is also required. Proficiency in English and Hindi language (Read, Write, Speak) is essential for the aforesaid purpose.

Preferred candidate profile

• Law Graduate.
• Relevant and demonstrated Work experience of 3-5 years is essential for this job.
• Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
• Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
