Job Description:
The Senior Marketing and PR Executive is a strategic and results-oriented professional who will develop and
execute integrated marketing and public relations campaigns to achieve brand awareness, reputation
management, and business growth objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and
strong communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Media Relations:
o Develop and manage media relations strategies to secure positive media coverage.
o Distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
o Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and other media professionals.
o Manage media inquiries and crisis communications.
o Monitor media coverage and analyze its impact on brand reputation.
Campaign Management & Analytics:
o Develop and manage marketing and PR campaigns from concept to execution.
o Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
o Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
o Prepare reports to measure the success of marketing and PR initiatives.
o Ensuring the purchase of materials required for campaigns are negotiated and moved
o Coordinate with Accounts team to handle all payments to influencer, marketing vendors and
media.
o Work on MS office to prepare and manage excel/google sheets, prepare presentations and
analyze data
o Track campaign output analyzing the reach achieved and orders converted.
Other duties may include:
o Manage marketing and PR budgets.
o Oversee the work of junior marketing and PR staff (if applicable).
o Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and PR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (required).
5+ years of experience in marketing and/or public relations.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and PR campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and operational skills
Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools
(preferred).
Experience with media relations and crisis communication (preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Salesforce or similar CRM tool(optional)
