Public Relations Executive

Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative PR Executive to manage and enhance the public image of our organization. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective communication strategies, foster strong relationships with media outlets, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and

influencers. Respond to media inquiries and manage press releases.

• Content Creation: Develop press releases, articles, blog posts, and other communication

materials. Craft compelling stories to promote the organization's vision and activities.

• Event Management: Plan and execute PR events such as press conferences, product

launches, and media briefings.

• Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and public opinion. Provide regular reports on PR

activities and their impact.

• Social Media Management: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging on social platforms.
• Brand Management: Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency in external

communications.

• Crisis Management: Assist in managing potential PR crises, ensuring the companys

reputation remains intact.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align PR

efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related

field.

• 2-4 years of experience in PR or communications (agency or in-house preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR management software.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all

levels.
