Role Overview:

The Media & PR Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all media, PR,

and advertising activities to ensure brand visibility and growth. This role requires seamless

collaboration with external media, PR, and advertising agencies, as well as internal departments

to plan and execute campaigns, events, and marketing collaterals.

Key Responsibilities:

Media & PR Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and external PR, media, and advertising agencies.
• Manage press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness and coverage.
• Develop and maintain media relationships to ensure positive coverage and press placements.

Campaign Management:

• Assist in the planning and execution of print media, digital, and OOH campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of product packaging materials.

Event Planning & Execution:

• Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and pop-up activations.
• Manage event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and maximum brand exposure.

Internal Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal departments, including product, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Gather information and inputs from various teams to streamline marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor and report on media coverage, campaign performance, and event success.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on PR and media activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in media, PR, or marketing coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with media and PR agencies is a plus.
