Role : Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 2-7 years (1Year in IT Sales)

Job Location: Sector 6, Noida

Shift Timings: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (AUS) and 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (USA)

Job Type: Full-time (Work From Office)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT sales, marketing or related field.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of IT services, including web & mobile app development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
