Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Malad, Mindspace

Working Days Monday to Saturday

Timing - 8.5 hrs

Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products or services.

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Generating Leads.
• Travel to meet clients and prospects as necessary to establish and strengthen relationships.
• Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns to generate leads and maintain client engagement.
• Visit clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions
• Identify and qualify potential sales leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide updates on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products or services and the competitive landscape.
• Address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the
• phone or online.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
