International Inside Sales Team Leader

Role & responsibilities

At Starting candidate will be working individual ( Need to sell Company product , B2B sales ) and Based on performance Team will be given to handle.

Sales Focus for Each Clinic and Group:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for each

clinic and the group as a whole.

• Work closely with clinic staff to understand their needs and challenges, and

tailor sales solutions accordingly.

Handling Escalations from Clinics:

• Serve as a point of contact for handling escalations from clinics regarding

service issues, sales concerns, or other operational matters.

• Work to resolve escalations in a timely and effective manner, collaborating

with internal teams as needed.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at

driving growth and improving operational efficiency within the group of

clinics.

• Execute sales and marketing campaigns in alignment with overall business

objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years experience required of Handling a team of International Inside Sales.
