Review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage and coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
Prepare financial reports and disclosures in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) and ensure timely submission to stock exchanges.
Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and compliance requirements affecting listed companies.
Develop and enhance business processes to improve financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
Qualifications and Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within a listed company.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, audit processes, business strategy, and MIS.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, specifically SEBI (LODR) requirements.
