Business Development Intern (Paid Internship)

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, client interactions, and sales strategy execution, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
2. Present PerfElite's services (Web Development, App Development, Software Testing) and understand client needs.
3. Track and manage the sales pipeline by maintaining leads, following up, and scheduling meetings.
4. Close deals and contribute to revenue growth, earning a 10% incentive on each client closing.
5. Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and provide competitor insights.
6. Collaborate with the team to devise strategies for achieving sales targets.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility:

• Available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
• Able to start between 22nd Jan'25 and 26th Feb'25.
• Available for 6 months.
• Pursuing or recently graduated in MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, or Engineering fields.
• Possess relevant skills and interests.

Stipend Structure

• Performance-Based Stipend: A Rs.3000/month minimum-assured stipend and a performance-linked incentive (10% of project closings).

Post-Internship Job Opportunity - On successful conversion to a permanent role, candidates can expect a salary ranging from ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,40,000 per year, based on performance and company standards.
