Job Summary:
We are looking for a contract Recruiter to join our team recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company s talent needs. They should have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update job descriptions to align with company needs.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
