Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to help us find and hire talented candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles in our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Assist with job offer negotiations.
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once.
