Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the process.
Assist with job offer negotiations.
Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates effectively.
Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once.
