Senior Technical Consultant - Oracle EBS Module (6-11 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct workshops, interviews, and document requirements clearly and concisely.

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Oracle EBS environment.

- This includes developing PL/SQL code, Oracle Forms, Reports, interfaces, and extensions.

- Demonstrate deep functional and technical knowledge of relevant EBS modules (i.e., Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources Management System).

- Configure and customize EBS modules to meet client requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the EBS implementation lifecycle.

- Advise on best practices, recommend solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

- Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Develop and implement integrations between EBS and other systems.

- Design and develop custom reports using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, or other reporting tools.

- Meet client reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and training materials.

- Contribute to project planning, execution, and tracking.

- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Mentor junior consultants and share your technical expertise.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6-11 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle EBS.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (i.e., Financials, SCM, HRMS).

- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other relevant technologies.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and report development.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
