Technical Lead - Oracle EBS Module (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle EBS R12 across various modules.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS, including development, customization, and system integration.

This remote position offers the opportunity to lead complex projects, mentor a team of developers, and drive the technical direction of our Oracle EBS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite R12.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and system architecture.

System Integration and Customization :

- Oversee the integration of Oracle EBS with other applications and legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.

- Manage the customization of Oracle EBS modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring system integrity and performance.

Project Management :

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions that meet business needs and adhere to quality standards.

Technical Expertise :

- Develop and customize Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and Interfaces using PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, OAF, and Java.

- Implement Oracle EBS upgrades, enhancements, and patches, ensuring system stability and performance.

Problem Solving and Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle EBS, providing timely support to end-users.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization of Oracle EBS applications to ensure optimal system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 implementation and development.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex Oracle EBS projects.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder, and OAF.

- In-depth knowledge of EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), HRMS, and Manufacturing.

- Experience in developing and customizing RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) components.

Leadership and Communication :

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions promptly.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging Oracle EBS applications across various environments and platforms.
