Lead OIC Developer (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Define integration patterns, data mappings, transformations, and error handling strategies.

- Consider performance, scalability, and security requirements.

- Develop and implement integrations using OIC, including creating integrations, orchestrations, connections, lookups, and other OIC components.

- Utilize best practices and adhere to coding standards.

- Lead and mentor a team of OIC developers.

- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Develop and implement integrations with various systems, including cloud applications (SaaS), on-premises applications, databases, and APIs.

- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs using OIC's API platform.

- Manage API lifecycle, security, and documentation.

- Configure and customize OIC adapters to connect to different systems.

- Develop custom adapters when necessary.

- Implement robust error handling and monitoring mechanisms for integrations.

- Ensure timely identification and resolution of integration issues.

- Optimize integration performance and scalability.

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of integrations.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues.

- Support the deployment and maintenance of integrations.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, integration specifications, and user manuals.

- Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and address any concerns.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on integration technologies.

- Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Deep understanding of integration patterns, best practices, and design principles.

- Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.

- Experience with various OIC adapters (SaaS adapters, database adapters, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and routing techniques.

- Experience with error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning of integrations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
