Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in HCM, particularly within the hire-to-retire lifecycle, and a proven track record of successful HCM Cloud implementations. This role requires strong client-facing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will play a crucial role in leading and contributing to various project phases, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end HCM implementations, with a focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Talent Management modules.
- Configure and customize the Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements, analyze current processes, and design optimal solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud framework.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Design and document solutions, including process flows, data mapping, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the delivered solution.
- Support clients during the go-live phase, providing training and troubleshooting assistance.
- Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress.
- Assist Project Managers with planning, tracking, and reporting on project activities.
- Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, covering the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Participation in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with a minimum of 2 implementations on HCM Cloud.
- Expert working experience in one or more of the following modules, along with Core HR : Recruiting Cloud Talent Management Cloud
- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Mentorship experience and ability to guide junior team members.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for short and long durations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Payroll, Compensation).
- Experience with integration tools and technologies.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Public Sector).
