IT Monitoring Administrator - Windows OS (4-6 yrs)

Designation : IT Administrator (Windows).

Location : Gurgaon/ Bangalore.

Years of experience : 4 to 6 yrs.

Working Module : Work from Office.

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Skills Required :

- Comprehensive knowledge of SolarWinds Platform (Orion) : In-depth understanding and experience in managing and optimizing SolarWinds infrastructure.

- Knowledge of SNMP and WMI/WinRM : adaptable at using SNMP and WMI/WinRM for monitoring and have experience with monitoring IT applications in general.

- Experience in Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise/CentOS Server : Experienced in the administration of these systems.

- Confident with GitOps and scripting : proficient in PowerShell/Windows CMD and have experience with GitOps.

- Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools : Familiar with ITIL processes and have experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

- SCRUM/Agile methods : Experience in agile teams and understand the principles of SCRUM.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Management and configuration : Managing and configuring the Solarwinds infrastructure and ensure smooth monitoring of the included entities such as hardware, software, operating systems and applications and ensure that the documentation is always up to date.

- IT monitoring : Ensure effective and reliable IT monitoring to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.

- Technology evaluation : Evaluate and implement new technologies to continuously improve our monitoring services.

- Automation : Support the automation of tasks through scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

- Customer consulting : If required, advising our internal customers on specific monitoring requirements and develop customized solutions.

- Technology introduction : Involvement in the introduction of new technologies and solutions.
