Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in HCM Cloud, specifically within US Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, OTL, and Learning modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful end-to-end HCM implementations and possess strong client-facing and leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and contribute to the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on US Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, OTL, and Learning modules.
- Utilize deep domain expertise in HCM to guide clients through the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, design, configure, test, and support go-live activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Provide expert guidance on HCM Cloud best practices and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, providing regular status updates and escalating issues as needed.
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and functionalities.
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally for short or extended periods as required.
Required Skills :
- 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
- Participation in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 3 being on HCM Cloud.
- Expert working experience in US Benefits, US Payroll, and Compensation functional modules.
- Experience with OTL and Learning is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including planning, follow-up, mentorship, and work allocation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with other HCM Cloud modules.
- Oracle certifications related to HCM Cloud.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies.
