Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with a specialization in data migration to join our team in Bangalore.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM Cloud and extensive experience using HDL and HSDL for data loading across various HCM modules.

- This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with clients, review data templates, and ensure successful data migration.

- Experience with large datasets and complex data migration projects is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute data migration activities for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations. Design, develop, and test HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) templates for various HCM modules, including Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, etc.

- Conduct data loader template design review sessions with clients to understand their data requirements and ensure accurate data migration.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather data requirements and map source data to target HCM Cloud objects.

- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Execute data loads using HDL and HSDL, monitoring the process and resolving any errors or issues.

- Troubleshoot data migration issues and provide support to the project team.

- Work with small to large data sets, demonstrating proficiency in handling high-volume data migrations.

- Develop and maintain data migration documentation, including data mapping specifications, data transformation rules, and data load procedures.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud features and best practices for data migration.

- Contribute to the development of data migration methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, specifically focusing on data migration.

- Strong expertise in using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader).

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and testing data loader templates for various HCM modules (Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, etc.).

- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and validation techniques.

- Ability to work with large datasets and complex data migration projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data migration.

- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

- Experience with other data migration tools and techniques.
