JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly to incoming Tickets assigned to you on the ticketing portal.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS
  • Install, configure and upgrade OS and other Business applications on end users systems (Desktops/laptops)
  • Hands-on experience & troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications like Outlook, excel, word, etc.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of the associates (internal users).
  • Keep inventory of all the assets like Desktops, laptops, printers, and software licenses.
  • Working on compliance reports like Antivirus reports, WSUS reports, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, and servers.
  • Responsible for queries related to the Printers and basic troubleshooting
  • Act as frontline support for internal users if any system goes down.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to think logically and strategically
  • A methodical approach to tasks
  • Customer service skills
