Job Description:
Sales/Business Development:
- Primary responsibility will be to support the department in Sales and Business Development Initiatives.
- Develop Sales Strategies and Client Engagement.
- Create comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives and market conditions.
- Generate Sales for the Department by Onboarding New Clients which are agnostic of geography and sector.
- Achieve Sales target allocated Individually and to the team.
- Identify key market segments and prioritize efforts based on potential revenue opportunities.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are customized and compelling.
- Follow up with client post-sale to ensure successful implementation and address any concerns.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to management.
- Adjust strategies and approaches based on performance data and feedback.
Lead Generation and visibility Activities:
- Design targeted outbound lead generation campaigns, leveraging market research and analysis.
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and refine messaging to resonate with different target audiences.
- Analyze campaign results, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Plan, Guide, Execute and review market research engagements including Market assessment, Commercial Due diligence, GTM Strategy, survey and others.
- Shall be involved in guiding team members in carrying out diverse industries' market research,.
- Formulating entry and growth strategies and assessing cost-benefit analysis.
- Should be able to conduct primary surveys/interviews and bring in required attendees for same.
- Preparing reports, chronicles, publications, etc from a visibility perspective.
- Identifying opportunities of events (Webinars, Seminars, speaking engagements, etc.) managing such event preparation, etc along with team and directing team efforts for a successful event engagement.
- Provide thought leadership internally and externally.
People:
- Translate and communicate broader practice strategy into a team vision and goals to align the team and sets priorities to achieve objectives.
- Establish a strong team culture by inspiring others through passion, integrity, and appreciation.
- Build and create your own hierarchy in the team and develop second line of leaders for effective sales and marketing operations.
- Create opportunities to drive impact by leveraging each person's strengths to build high performing teams.
- Manage diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where team members feel supported, respected, challenged, included and engaged.
