Below are the positions for which you can apply:

Business Tax

• Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Job Profile:
• Providing holistic tax solutions to Client tax issues considering domestic tax and international tax
• Provide tax risk analysis pro-actively on transactions planned by Clients
• Manage all tax compliances relating to a portfolio of Clients
• Working with Direct Tax law and Tax Treaty provisions
• Handling scrutiny assessment proceedings and other departmental matters for Domestic and Foreign Companies
• Expatriate tax planning & compliance
• Independently / jointly handling International tax assignments
• Handling Certifications required for foreign payments / remittances
• Handle consultation for TDS matters including applicability issuance of certificates and preparing TDS returns in various forms.

International Tax

• Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Job Profile:
• Independently handling international tax (cross border tax issues involving tax treaties) assignments including
• Expatriate tax planning and compliance
• With-holding tax advisory and certification
• Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
• FEMA advisory and compliance
• Representation before tax authorities
• Advice to Corporate on taxation matters
• Independent Client interface, liaison and relationship

Indirect Tax

• Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Job Profile:
• Handling GST advisory and upcoming compliances with / without help of ASPs and GSPs
• Handling routine compliances and advisory work under Service Tax, Excise and VAT which includes:
• Computation and Making payment of above taxes on timely basis
• Review of workings prepared by client
• Applying for registrations, amendments, etc
• Filing returns
• Drafting reply to routine indirect tax queries
• VAT Audits and Departmental audits
• Assessments and appeals
• Regular updating technical knowledge. Updated on GST rules, GST Act, GSTN procedures.

Internal Audit/Risk Advisory:

• Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Job Profile:
• Develop audit plans & RCM
• Design internal audit processes
• Draft internal audit reports
• Independently executing assignments and managing team deployed on assignments.
• o Identify, assess and monitor risks by developing a risk management plan and strategy.
• o Constantly monitor engagements progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Banking & Financial Services (Fund Accounting):

• Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Job Profile:
• Handling DP/ client account reconciliation
• To handle NSDL queries, audits etc.
• Carrying out KYC Checks and identification of key documents.
• Understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML).
• Will have to manage account opening process.
• Will handle daily trade settlements and reconciliations with exchange
• To work on Brokerage rate structure and Transaction feeds, finalise transactions to SEBI
