Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain relationships with clients in upcountry markets, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify business opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing suitable digital media solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as content, marketing, and operations) to deliver comprehensive client proposals and solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to optimize their digital media strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in upcountry regions to anticipate client needs and opportunities.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance IndiaTimes.coms visibility and expand client relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or account management, with a strong background in client relationship management, preferably in the digital media industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master s degree would be an advantage.
Willingness to travel within upcountry regions as needed
