• Experience of atleast 7+ years in consulting and account management/ sales experience particularly domestic consulting experience
• Experience of working in a consulting firm will be preferred
• Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization
• Ability to align organization on complex technical decisions
• Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the teams potential
• High energy and passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential

• Self-motivated individual with highest levels of professionalism
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work/ interact with clients in the banking sector
• 7+ years of experience in the banking industry/ FS clients in India
• Demonstrated experience in relationship building & networking skills
• Masters degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in

management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
