Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive business decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements.

Develop and maintain business process documentation. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Knowledge of business process modeling tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualifications15 years full time education
